Users receive 404 error when viewing published content after uPerform server migration

Symptoms

  • User receives 404 error when viewing content.
  • Most if not all documents will be affected.

Environment

  • Product: ANCILE uPerform

Cause

uContent folder was never migrated to the new server or the uContent folder was deleted.

Resolution

Restore uContent folder from backup or previous server.

Workaround

Republish all affected documents.
