When assigning context to a definition, why are some boxes grayed out?

Answer

This may occur when a term has multiple definitions.  When you are on the page that lists the various contexts for a term, any context that already has a definition assigned to it will be grayed out.  This is because it is not possible to have two definitions assigned to the exact same context.
