- Log into the Intelligence Hub.
Note: If you don't have an Intelligence Hub account, you can request one here.
- After logging into the site, click Submit a Ticket.
- Click the arrow on the How can we help you today? field.
- Select the option that best matches your needs.
- Fill in the fields and click Submit.
NOTE: After you submit the ticket, you can navigate to it in the My Activities section of the Intelligence Hub and reply or upload files.
