View Tickets (Active and Historical)

NOTE: Customers licensed through the SAP Global Maintenance Agreement should submit tickets via the SAP Service Marketplace.  See this document (PDF) for more information.

  1. After logging into the site, click My Activities in the upper right corner.



  2. To view tickets from other users in your Organization, click Organization Requests.

    I don't know if it's just me, but the images that are supposed to be attached to this article are missing. I'm using Chrome.

    On another note, I'd like to see the default sorting of the ticket communication where the last communication is at the top, so I don't have to scroll all the way to the bottom to respond.

    Is there a way to export all of my organization's activities so I can plug them into a spreadsheet? I have some upper managers who are interested in reviewing all of the submitted issues and resolutions. Thank you!
