Our Intelligence Hub vendor deprecated support for Internet Explorer 8 as of February 2015. This means if you are using Internet Explorer 8, you will no longer be able to log into the Intelligence Hub.
We recommend you do one of the following to address this matter:
- Use Google Chrome or Firefox to access the Intelligence Hub.
- Upgrade to a newer version of Internet Explorer. (For more information about how your version of Internet Explorer may impact your use of uPerform, and Microsoft's recent updates to their support policy for Internet Explorer please see this Larry Blog post).
If you are unable to do either of the above please send an email to ANCILEProductFulfillment [at] ancile.com and we will provide an alternate method to submit tickets.
