uAlign Administrators: How do I change a user's role and priveleges?


An administrator can grant or revoke author or administrator privileges to one or more users or groups.


  • Product: ANCILE uAlign


  1. Ensure that the proper organization name is displayed in the upper left.
  2. Click the Manage tab.
  3. Click Roles on the left navigation bar.
  4. Select the appropriate role from the Select a role drop-down list: Author or Administrator.
  5. Click Select.
  6. To assign or remove users to the role:
    1. In the Add / Delete list, highlight the user's name to be added or removed to the role.
    2. Click Move to new role arrow or Move to User role arrow as desired.
  7. Click Save.
