uPerform document fails to publish locally to a PDF format

The uPerform document is failing to publish to a PDF format because you have previously published this document and still have the PDF file open in Adobe Reader.


Close the currently opened PDF file that your are trying to republish and try again.

It might take a couple of minutes for Adobe Reader to fully close. To expedite this process, launch the task manager and find the Adobe Reader process. Click 'End Task'

Additional Information

Application Log Error Message:

Critical: The process cannot access the file 'xxxxxxx\index.pdf' because it is being used by another process.
