Incorrect host name in the ANCILE.uPerform.ServerConfiguration.dll.config causes "Document Not Found" in publishing queue


Publishing any file will result in a "Document Not Found" message.

After server upgrades and/or server migrations, host name values sometimes do not get changed correctly. Incorrect host name in one particular file causes this problem.


  1. On your application server, navigate to [Install]\Vignette\Collaboration\uPerform
  2. Open the ANCILE.uPerform.ServerConfiguration.dll.config file in Notepad.
  3. Locate the HostName field.
  4. Change this value to the correct application server host name.
  5. Save this file.
  6. Restart the ANCILE Monitoring Service.
